The Dream-Design-Build-Deliver model starts with a Dream session, during which we will get to know you, your needs, and your vision for your forever home. We’ll then move on to the Design phase, where we’ll work with you to create a custom design that reflects your style and personality, while also maximizing the functionality of your space. Whether you own your own piece of property and are looking for a partner to help you bring your dream home to reality or want to use one of our many lots around Edenton, we can accommodate you.
Next comes the Build phase, during which we’ll bring your design to life using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship. And finally, we’ll Deliver your dream home to you, complete with all the finishing touches and special features that make it uniquely yours.
Throughout the entire process, we’ll be there to answer your questions, provide updates, and ensure that you’re completely satisfied with the finished product. Dream
When it comes to finding your dream home, it all begins with envisioning what you want. Whether you’re searching for a cozy waterfront cottage, or a spacious home sitting out of town, or something else entirely. Do you want a spacious back deck, expansive kitchen, multi-car garage? This is the time to dream about the features and amenities that are most important to you. Do you want a home with a big backyard for your children and pets to play in? A gourmet kitchen for cooking up delicious meals? A home theater for movie nights with the family? Whatever your preferences, we’re here to help you find a home that matches your unique style and needs. So go ahead and dream big, and we’ll be here to listen and work with you every step of the way.
Design
It is time to begin to design your home. We’ll figure out which of our customizable models works best for you, update it for you and then lock in the cost and pricing for everything.
We’ll identify the ideal lot for you. If you already have a realtor, we can work with them, or you can work with one of our preferred realtors to get the lending process started.
Once we get through all the details of the design process, we’ll sit down for one final “fit and finish” meeting to make final adjustments to quality, style, and cost. This “fit and finish” meeting makes sure everything from top to bottom is set accurately so you have no surprises when building begins.
If you’ve already purchased your lot, we’ll walk the site together and determine how to make the most of every square inch of your land.
Build
Once the design phase is complete, it is time to create the design-build contract.
Once we’ve designed everything, it is time to begin building your home. At C.S.H. Builders, we believe that you should be committed to every stage of the process, so from start to finish, pouring the foundation to putting on the roof to installing the appliances at the very end, you’ll always know exactly what is happening.
From the use of top-of-the-line building materials to our frequent quality control checks, you can be confident that every piece of your home is tended to with utmost attention and care. And we’ll keep you in the loop on your home throughout the process.
Deliver
Once we’ve finished painting, installing your top-of-the-line appliances, and put all the finishing touches on your dream home. It is time for you to take possession.
At the end of construction, we’ll meet for a final walkthrough of the property so you can see everything and verify that everything is done to your satisfaction. Then, once everything is finished, it is time to take possession and build memories in your dream home.
